If you could track down one of the offending emails, track down where its entering dbmail - see if maybe its being entered twice? Or perhaps theres an alias somewhere for the same email address that inserts in to the mailbox twice? Few sql queries you could do, to check if the alises are unique are SELECT COUNT(alias) FROM aliases; and SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT(alias)) FROM aliases; These two numbers should be the same, if there not would suggest having a closer look at the database as theres probably a duplicate.
