Mail is being delivered correctly from postfix to dbmail using dbmail-smtp.
When I connect to dbmail-imap with Mozilla Thunderbird I get

I saw something similar to this when running the new Thunderbird 0.6 on
Linux against a recent dbmail 2.0. I think it's a thunderbird problem.
I connected put in the username and password, then exited thunderbird.
When I started it up again all was fine, I think it's not remembering
the password correctly until you exit and it writes it down to a config
file or something like that.
