This command: 
mysql -e dbmail.restore.preload dbmail -p < dbmail.sql

Always results in:
ERROR 1064 at line 1: You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the manual 
that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use 
near 'dbmail.restore.preload' at line 1

Any hints I could work with here?  I am trying to transfer my db to a new 
server...

$cat dbmail.restore.preload:
SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0;
SET SQL_LOG_OFF=1;
SET SQL_LOG_UPDATE=0;
