Just replying will do if you use a mailclient that's not totally brain-dead.
The actual subject line can be changed without breaking threading in many modern
mailclients. But I see you're using OE6... :-) The subject line may be crucial
in that case, because OE6 doesn't use the In-Reply-To nor the References header
fields.
