*DBMA V2.0 Administration GUI FOR DbMail v2.0CVS & Backward Compat*

DBMA V2.0 (DbMailAdministrator GUI) is now consistant with pre-2.0/RC8 CVS and backward compatable with dbmail V1.2.8/9 and 2.0RC9 using SQL only. We are getting good use out of it and hope others will as well.

DBMA configuration is quite simple:
Choose old or new table structure with a 1 or a 0: Choose pgsql or mysql: Set Db login param. Done.

GUI now has some 28 functions including a Db status report.

Demo is at: http://library.mobrien.com/dbmailadministrator/sql.demo.en
Download is from http://library.mobrien.com/dbmailadministrator/
Help yourselves.

Suggestions and input most welcome. Otherwise GUI is slanted to what I know about our own useage.

/* FYI RE TESTING CURRENT DbMail CVS: Our build of Current CVS is running very well for us in small prod. env. on a FreeBSD V4.10 blade (awesome actually) with 150 local accounts from a WAN forwarder. Will dist it up front soon for bigger volume eval. Two devs with Linux and FreeBSD are also doing great on PostgreSQL and MySQL. Performance on MySQL InnoDB was far superior to PgSQL when we did some nasty mail bombing stress tests. And serious problems building current CVS on SunOS 5.9 (but V1.2.9 is good on SunOS). Typical indigenous Solaris compiler issues methinks. FYI */

Have many happy days...
Mike
