2) Check dbmail-utils options and toggle the one to have it update the
is_header flags to speed up message retrieves.
Fixing the is_header flag is a one-shot-deal. No need to run it again after you
have run it once.
In fact, don't run it every night because it's very expensive to run, even if all headers are already marked
correctly.
So don't set it in your cron job.
