I won't pretend to know anything at all about osx or any bsd, but the path to the missing lib looks odd to me.
Where is Partnership/ rooted? Why is libtool searching in another directory than the current working directory

The indicated library file ('libmysqldbmail.la') is in the exact path
where the error indicates it can't find it.
