Downgrade to dbmail2-XXsql-2.1.0-1.20050430

I'm busy plugging memory leakage in the 2.1.x codebase but the last snapshot
release has some problems with double frees that haven't been committed to svn
yet.

Apart from that; keep an eye on the add_header_tables file in sql/mysql/ that
should contain the latest version of the header tables.

And yes there is a dbmail-dev list. Checkout the website for more details.
