We have. Its running pretty stable so far since we usin circle replication
(mysql). currently we have 2 masters and a secondary mx for dbmail running.

mx10 exim/dbmail (lmtp) (spamassassin, clamd, spfd) on server1
mx10 exim/dbmail (lmtp) (spamassassin, clamd, spfd) on server2
mx15 exim (spamassassin, clamd, spfd) on server3

mysql (db exim exilist and dbmail) on all these three servers

server1 replicates to server2 replicates to server3 replicates to server1

works like a charm since october2004 when we did test this configuration.

dbmail imap and pop3 are running on server1 but can be placed sumwhere ;)
imap and pop3 are tunneled via stunnel too.

Subject: [Dbmail] DbMail in a ISP Cluster

Hey All,

We are looking for a pop3/smtp solution for our ISP, we are wanting to use
DBMAIL in our 5 server LVM cluster - we try and do everything via SQL so
that out we can keep a single SQL db on each machine and have it clustered.

Does anyone have anything like this running and if so can they provide some
info about how they did it?

Cheers

Tristram
