Well, the 2.1 code supports ldap authentication so the basics for ldap based kerberos integration are in place. But currently dbmail-imapd only support plain logins. No gssapi or other secure authentication.
The simplest route would probably be to support pre-authenticated state in non-forking mode. Geo's been asking about pre-auth for sqlite, and it should be pretty trivial to implement.
