[Dbmail] IMAP security issue ?

Hello all,

I'm running dbmail 2.0.4 on gentoo and tonight I noticed A LOT 
connections on my dbmail-imapd comming from very diffenent places all 
over the world. Since this is only a test server with only a few users 
(3), I was wondering if there is a know security issue with 
dbmail-imapd. The only one I found was one from 2003 concerning a SQL 
injection problem.
