[Dbmail] migrating shared mailboxes

Does anyone have a strategy for migrating shared folders to dbmail? I'm 
comfortable using imapsync to migrate user mailboxes from cyrus to 
dbmail but am not sure how I'd utilize it for the shared stuff.
