Different programs prefer to use different expressions.
The program I use prefers to send 'Cc: Jorge Bastos <my...'. Various
other programs prefer to send 'Cc: "Jorge Bastos" <my...'. Matter of
taste, mostly.
(Of course there are database issues, too, particularly regarding
normalisation. Are those two forms of your address the same? Should
there be one table row or two?)
