Hi, Cannot access it right now, but in the same file (config.php) there should be some lines defining the database server, login and password. Set these to the same values as you use in dbmail.conf.
Also, if you are running the database and webserver on separate servers, make sure that the database is listening on an (preferably internal) IP-address that is reachable from the webserver (eg not 127.0.0.1).
