Migrate to 2.0. That's the tricky part, but well tested. After you're happy with that migration, you can consider 2.1. Upgrading from 2.0 to 2.1 is totally painless, and will probably be automated before 2.2. But don't use 2.1.3 for anything but simple testing. The pop daemon in 2.1.3 is broken. Many problems have been fixed since 2.1.3, but I'm still working on cleaning up the new modular setup, and finishing a whole new search/sort setup. And Aaron is still working on sieve.
