Hello, There is no mbox "From" line, as you're not dealing with an mbox format. You'd have to create it yourself, either from parsing the message headers or using the header cache (if you're using 2.1).
On a related note, would it be worthwhile/useful to cache this item in the message header cache at delivery time? Dbmail obviously has the code to create the line, for the '!/command' type delivery, so it would probably be trivial. (Note: another example of why I've said the "header cache" should more properly be a "per message data cache," as there are useful things to cache besides just the headers.)
