I looked at DBMail Administrator but decided to begin writing my own as
it has such a shockingly bad interface.
The most usable mail interface I have seen on an open source
administration project so far is the one on QMailAdmin, it really is
very easy to use.
Compared to this, DBMailAdmin is quite scary when you see the demo.

Well, I've been a happy user of dbmailadministrator

pretty nicely.
