There's an oracle_dev_branch tree on svn.ic-s.nl https://svn.ic-s.nl/svn/dbmail/branches/oracle_dev_branch/dbmail/oracle/
But that branch hasn't been updated in a while. It hasn't been updated since early 2.0 and was done by Anton Nekhoroshih. Porting the driver dboracle.c included therein to the modular setup looks pretty straightforward. I don't have any plans on working with oracle. Someone else will have to take the lead on that one.
