Actually this didn't cause a big problem for me while setting up dbmail. Having looked into postfix anymore, I still think the spam prevention inferior to sendmail milters. For one only being able to use 1 proxy-filter. And the poorly implemented nameserver based load balancing. And absense of good implementations of the filter. Furthermore, for doing something like greylisting a completely different interface is used. And senderverification is plain cooked into postfix, and not complete. a milter-date replacement isn't available. Maybe I'm spoiled using snertsoft's milters (the older free ones). It might be a good thing, to use postfix, with sendmail as it's proxfilter ;)
