I am finding 2111 working OK in a couple of environments. Here is a quirk
of OE I have seen...
try shutting down OE COMPLETELY. Use a process monitor to make certain
msimn.exe is not running - or reboot the windows box to be sure msimn is
not running. Then restart it and your IMAP should be working.
