Ah, Paul, in the beginning when i started to use dbmail, i missed 1
thing that i was used to in courier-imapd, i don't the name of the
function but you'll know to tell me the name, that is:
When i'm connected to the imapd, and a new email arrives to me, the
client show's me the message automaticly, i remember you told me that
this will be possible to add in the future, is it possible to add it
now? i have conscience that this may be a complicated thing to do, i think
Can you tell me something about this option?

This feature will not be added in dbmail-2.2. It's part of the todo list
for 2.3+
