I see two things here:

First, a headername should be inserted here, but this looks more like a
headervalue. Looks like a mime problem. Could you provide me with a raw
message that causes this.
Secondly however, dbmail should not overflow the fieldwidth. Will fix.

No. All the errors that follow the first one, are just the result of the
transaction being aborted.
