Good idea. You might want to consider designing a template on the wiki so other people can contribute the information going forward. Also, keep in mind that architectures are different in each environment. To that end, you might want to avoid asking for things like load, and disk io. Unless of course, you make it clear that these aspects should only be documented on components we can expect to see in all environments (e.g. mailstore).
