deb http://debian.nfgd.net/debian unstable main dbmail-2.1.7 is targeted at SID but depends on libsieve1 which is done by another packager. I'm providing libsieve packages until they are uploaded to debian.org. Last thing I heard everything was set for go for uploading both libsieve and dbmail to debian.org.
