I don't know about you guys, but at least for me i think there's no reason
to worry about gsm network services.
At least in portugal we have 3G connection with a fixed monthly plafond like
5GB per month, whether the connection is using 3G or GPRS, and it costs a
fixed monthly value, like 30/40 € month.
It's almost an ADSL or Cable connections (almost, not so fast of course).
By the end of the year i may buy one 3G card for me, for the laptop, and
i'll buy a PCMCIA router for my desktop at home, so that i can use the
internet from the 3G card.

I can't recall any gsm's carying outlook express. For those using their
laptop over the gsm network there are better options then outlook
express, if you want to cut network costs. (ssh with mutt...)
