Roundcube has some serious issues with imap sort. dbmail-2.0 will state SORT in it's capabilities but that is only a partial implementation targeted at squirrelmail's usage of SORT. So yes, I would be very surprised if dbmail-2.0 works well with roundcube - unless you remove SORT from the capabilities as defined in imap4.h. Perhaps RC has a knob somewhere to disable imap sort. Dbmail-2.1 (svn trunk, or 2.1.8 very soon) works surprisingly well with RC (read fast). But like I said; RC svn-trunk has some serious issues with imap SORT. I can't get it to do proper sort-by-date in the list pane, which makes it less than useless for large folders (new messages will end up somewhere on page 50, something like that). There appears to be plenty of traffic on the rc-dev list about these issues. So perhaps someone more involved in RC's development can be more specific here. If any other problem arises in the dbmail/roundcube mix, I'd be happy to hear about it. -- ________________________________________________________________ Paul Stevens paul at nfg.nl NET FACILITIES GROUP GPG/PGP: 1024D/11F8CD31 The Netherlands________________________________http://www.nfg.nl
