Is this a command? I don't have this.

We're talking about two different SA components here:

- sa-update:
comes with SA > 3.1.0 and allows the SA team to release
updates to the SA-native rules, without having to release
a whole new version of SA (sort of like rulesdujour).

- sa-learn:
allows you to train the Bayesian classifying system in SA
by feeding it confirmed ham and spam. With DBMail, you
could export the ham/spam mailboxes to mbox and feed
that to sa-learn. You can also use something like fetchmail
to fetch the boxes.
