  dbmail doesn't use the client for anything, it's more for your own
use.  Eg. we have some resellers that have a gui they can create mail
accounts with, and we set that to a different id for each company (and
other than that we don't use it, so we may as well not even do that, but
potentially you could  :).

  I believe there was talk at one point about making a "group" type
quota that would probably employ that number, ie. the client id would be
the group identifier, but I'm fairly sure that hasn't been done.
