[Dbmail] smooth upgrade - thank you

I just upgraded to dbmail - debian - 2.2.0-1

This was my first smooth upgrade other then that it took me a few min
to figure out that I have to upgrade the DB and I thought I mention
that. You guys are doing a great Job. Thank you
