If socket is specified, then port and bindip are both ignored. Since we
now select on potentially multiple bindip's, we should be able to have a
mix of ip's and sockets. Alternatively, bomb out if both sets of
parameters are specified, so that it is clear that they are mutually
exclusive.

Please file a bug and I'll fix this!
