LOL, I'm done being a guinea pig! Tests show that was only 4.5 hours
(bytea conversion I mean) and I can live with that. But dbmail-util -by
took 12+ and I can't leave with a total down time of over 18 hours so
it's good to know I can run that without shutting down, even if it has
to be run twice.
