Hi, Then memory is most likely not the problem since dbmail-smtp and
dbmail-lmtpd share the exact same message insertion code - assuming there's no massive memory leakage in the servercode.
unfortually another message with about 9Megs was delivered by lmtp in a second test. So i asume that she message itself is the problem. I will try to insert the message again into exim and will see if it fails again. After that i will post the results .... regards Martin
