If it's dbmail that is timing out, you can tune timeout settings in
dbmail.conf, but if it's the client that's timing out you should try
finding out what outlook is waiting for, and why dbmail is slow in
delivering.
I took a quick look at the wiki and didn't see any clear documentation
of the timeout options in dbmail.conf, can you explain them further? Or
point in towards the M so that I can RTFM?
