My clients (using various versions of mozilla and sea-monkey get the
following intermittent problem: error copying to sent folder, retry or
cancel:
If they persist in retrying, it usually works.
The only errors I find in the syslog look like this:
Dec 27 11:27:41 mail dbmail/imap4d[13527]: Error
imap4.c,IMAPClientHandler: error reading command -- bailing out
