I don't know it. From my point of view, qmail is a dead end. But if you want to send that much emails, it maybe be more important how the system behaves under big load. The mailqueue must be very big. And it will grow through many bounces and delays. It was a qmail user too, but i got very tired of searching for the right patches over and over again.
