THREAD=REFERENCES uses Message-ID and References headers for building
threads.
THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT uses base-subjects for building threads.
Base-subject is the Subject header minus all the cruft from forwarding,
replying etc.
orderedsubject was quite simple to do after the header-caching for 2.2
was in place.
references threading is very complex and therefor still a todo.
