And if anybody asks what DBMail developers (or, well, me at least ;-) think about FUD, it is roughly this: "Hey neat, a few useful critiques, a few that are unfounded, and some ideas for what to work on next!" Obviously where it concerns customers we're a lot less glib; there is no industry where having the best product automatically means winning the most sales, but neither does having something negative said about your product necessarily translate into a lost sale. As you note, Blake, it can even be a good thing!
