I'm in contact now with Gilles LAMIRAL, the author of imapsync, having
reported all the pain I see with imapsync from cyrus to dbmail. For one
problem, I send you part of our conversation:

It seems dbmail dropped the imap connection. Do you know of such a
problem? I don't have that case handy, could it be that was fixed in
2.2.2? I've had 2.2.1 with that error, but don't see it anymore. I'd
like to confirm the problem is gone now.

When everything is fixed, I'll extend the Wiki with a "from cyrus to
dbmail with imapsync" page.
