Ok, those are standard. I've read that sometimes changing arch flags,
say between pentium3 and athlon, can cause unpredictable problems.
Check out the Gentoo Overlays project, and the 'layman' tool. There are
manual pages and instruction pages on the Gentoo.org site for getting it
all up and running. Good luck!
