Which version, 2.2.4 or 2.2.5_rc3. I'd recommend the latter.
All the binaries got installed /usr/local/dbmail and libraries got
installed in /usr/local/lib/dbmail
There's an option in dbmail.conf where you specify where the libs are

gave an error that dbmail.conf was not found in /etc. I dont know why
it was not created nor anything was written in the docs. So I created
it by hand with details similar to:
Copy the dbmail.conf file from your build directory to etc.
Now I am stuck? What should I do?
Get the correct dbmail.conf from the build directory and make sure
"library_directory" is correct.
You also have to create the database and tables using the
sql/mysql/create_tables.sql script, also from build dir.
