Hi, we're generating vacation Scripts via a web interface, and currently
use dbmail-sievecmd. We'd like to replace it by directly INSERTing to
SQL, could somebody describe what we have to take care of?

- check if script for user exists
- insert script
- activate script, deactivate all others (or is it possible to let 2
scripts active?)

dbmail-sievecmd checks uploaded scripts, could we do this easily
ourself? Otherwise we'll skip this, as the vacation script is fairly
easy, doesn't need checking I guess.
