When I moved users from one server to another, I:
* Set the ttl for the mail name low (60 seconds)
* Wait until the current ttl expired
* Create the accounts on the new server
* Change the ttl for the mail name to the new ip address
* Wait 60 seconds
* Restart imap connections if necessary on the old server
* Use ImapCopy to transfer the mail on the old server to the new server
That said for backup purposes I would like to hear someone's suggestion
for restoring mail accounts from the exported mailboxes into dbmail.
