Do You need this information every moment or a fixed time-interval results is 
enought? If fixed time, MRTG examples were in this thread.
 
Unix have an exellent interprocess communication. Windows not.
The idea to make *all* required operations in a one large complex program comes 
from Windows - let il live or die with Windows :)
 
I think, high detailed stats needs a very few dbmail users. May they spent 
developer's time to make such stats included in dbmail, instead of making it by 
themself, by means of external to dbmail program?
 
It's my opinion, sorry...
