My experience with dspam is that it loses email.
I lost several very expensive emails and if it weren't for me leaving
it in debug mode, I would not have had the logs to indicate it.
Later on I set up a script to search down the email messages with
aggression and found that there was a routine incidence of mail just
disappearing.
Dspam isn't something I would ever consider using again. After
several postings to the group with specific logs showing the lost
messages, and never receiving acknowledgment that there might be any
kind of a bug. Dspam is not for me.

It's not only my opinion. :) But do as you like, I didn't like that
SA made
so many mistakes and marked ham as spam. So far dspam has done zero
mistake.
Sure it does not catch all spam messages but right now it catch at
least
same rate as spamassassin did, but without mistakes. And I have
only train
it month.

That's your opinion, and i have mine.
SA catch almost everything like you say from DSPAM, so no
need to change.

Spamassassin isn't even near that accuracy what you gain with
dspam. I have both running, because spamassassin is more
simple for users, but personally I run dspam and after month
training it catch almost everything and most important thing
is that it has not make any mistake so far, I mean mark any
mail as spam when it wasn't.
Dspam problem is that it needs little more work until you get
all out of it, but when you have trained it well it will give
you VERY good accuracy. And I'm speaking now 99,9% accuracy.
Thats something you never get with spamassassin.
But this goes off topic, so I at least change subject..

I preffer spamassassin, works great, never had problems, no need to
change, and most of all, catch's about 90% of the spam, and
messages
that were not spam but catght are very very rare.

Paul,
Check the files attached.
This is the message that caused this.
I have one file with the state of the message while it was
in queue,
because of the message that it was giving, I "shoted" at it and
deleted it and voilá, it was really this message that
was causing
lmtpd to
eat the CPU.
Now, in wich circunstancies this happened... I really
have no idea.
I have postfix with clamsmtpd and spamd.
Tell me what you need to help on this.
I belive there's other guy with the same problem once
in a while.
