1. stop all dbmail services (double check with 'ps aux')
2. restart them (make sure they run again using ps aux)
3. check your logs (syslog or logfile, depending on your configuration) for
clues if things don't work.
4. increase the log level in dbmail.conf and start over...
5. show us the resulting logs if something is wrong.
