Read the man page - there are clear instructions on how to ignore specific headers. There is the script[1] that was used to catch most of the memory leaks present in dbmail 2.2 - it heavily relies on imapsync in torture(). There is also a FAQ[2] for impasync which has some outdated information specific to dbmail, but you should get the idea nevertheless.
