Yes.
I had the same question. Sieve is OK, but sieve NOTIFY is not
supported in dbmail. You should change the SIEVE_NOTIFY to "no" in
dbmail.conf:
# Turn on/off the Sieve Notify extension.
SIEVE_NOTIFY = no
Interesting... Here (on 2.2.7) I just turned off the NOTIFY extension
and suddenly all the filters stop working. So I'll live with the message
and leave it enabled.
