Bollocks. My fix yesterday concerned a work-around for seriously broken utf7
headers.
Naomi's problem is for *really* straightforward utf7 decoding.
Naomi: please send a level 5 trace of the insertion for the message involved.
I'm pretty sure something is wrong with your setup. I don't think this is a
(dbmail) bug.
