Increase TRACE_STDERR in dbmail.conf and try again from the
commandline. 0 is nothing and 5 is a lot.

They only had TRACE_LEVEL i set that equal to 5,still no go; I tryed
connecting another dbmail server to that database and adding a user that
way and I got an error. would there be any negative ramifications if i
just manually edited the table to add the user?(still need to get this
fixed but could i use as a work around)
