Is your current install from source?
Then it's the usual:
./configure --with-SOMEsql [--with-sieve] && make
Stop pop3d, imapd, lmtpd.
make install
Start pop3d, imapd, lmtpd.
Done!
Additionally I'd recommend having a look at the dbmail.conf file, there
might be some new settings compared to your dbmail.conf file.
